Catina Haugen

@chaugen Google Certified Teacher #gtamtv14
I love integrating technology into all I do. Let the tech do the heavy lifting, let it inspire your creativity and push you to deepen the learning for all students. I spent a amazing fourteen years in the elementary classroom, mostly with sixth graders. And now four years as our principal (same school, amazing), and I love my work! Not one to keep my excitement and knowledge bottled up, I share my learning at conferences like Fall CUE, edcamps, East Bay CUE Cool Tools and other local conferences. The Google Geo Teacher Institute (2013) and Google Teacher Academy (2014) solidified my membership in the geekdom. No looking back! Tech integration never drives the train but boy does it make it a lively, engaging ride!!
